Because your health is our only concern, we’re doing all that we can to ensure a safe experience for both you and our therapists.
BEFORE YOUR SESSION
CLIENT SCREENINGS
In order to continue providing the highest quality of care, it’s imperative we know the current status of your health. Prior to each visit, you will be sent a short Wellness Assessment to be completed within 24 hours of your appointment. Temperature checks will also be done upon arrival.
TEAM SCREENINGS
Our team completes a full health screening each day, including a temperature check.
DURING YOUR SESSION
FACE PROTECTION
Clients and therapists are required to wear masks at all times. If you do not have a mask, we will provide you with a complimentary mask on your first visit.
PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT
Your therapist will be equipped with non-latex gloves during all treatment sessions. A face shield will also be utilized when appropriate.
AFTER YOUR SESSION
SANITIZATION PROCEDURES
All tables and equipment are sanitized immediately after every use with hospital grade cleaning solutions that are hard on germs but safe for skin.
CONTACTLESS PAYMENT
Though we are still accepting cash and checks, contactless payment options (i.e. credit cards) are also available.
We are closely monitoring the COVID-19 guidelines from local and government officials, and will continue to be consistent with making immediate changes when necessary to ensure the safety of both our clients and our therapists.
